Never finished job on time. Took 3-5 weeks to complete job. Very poor quality. Roof started leaking after few weeks. No one would pick up the phone for warranty. Didn’t cleanup the shingles after job. Kept asking for money after 50% down payment. NEVER HIRE!
My parents were taken for money by Chris Beltran, the supposed owner of Beltran Roofing and Gutters. They provided him with funds to purchase supplies for the job and needless to say, he never came back with the supplies or the money. He refused to answer calls, which turned out to be a Google number or answer any messages from my father. Info listed on the web is not accurate. Just FYI for those who may be looking or know someone who is looking for a person to do repairs on their homes. This ain’t the guy to use.
Very nice and fixed my issue at a affordable price.Would recommend him for future projects.
