UPDATE 2023: Mr. Beltran has continued to stonewall me in regards to the court ordered judgement….even after trying to cut deals in hopes of seeing a part of what is owed. He refuses to answer calls or texts. Once again, I am reposting this in hopes that others are aware of his business practices and that he is motivated in paying all of the remaining, court-ordered, judgement. Very disappointed in Edgar. He has promised repeatedly that he would return to correct work done improperly by his crew. Now he simply does not answer or return calls. Sadly I must warn you not to deal with Edgar Beltran. He is not trustworthy or reliable.

Do not use this Handyman.. You have been warned in other posts. Well it’s true.. I had been texting him for weeks. Got him out to do an estimate on some door frame work. He met my dad looked at it and left. Said he’d call me. Now he won’t even answer his phone or answer texts. This kind of Service will do for a 3rd world country. But guess what Edgar??
