Katrina comes across as on your side if you are a tenant. Of course, that is not the case. Was lied to about key aspects of rental property. Horrible at getting maintenance done--took over 6 weeks to get an initial visit for a basic repair. Then, after I was given an outstanding move-out review, I was blamed for the additional damage the delay caused. Took over 9 months to get security deposit back.
