Purchased a HeatmasterSS G4000 and rhinoflex underground pex piping. Paul answered 8 million questions I had. Was very Friendly knowledgeable and patient. Infact everyone I've had the opertunity to be in contact with from HeatmasterSS and dealers have been very friendly and have gone the extra mile to help . I bought an outdoor coal furnace from this dealer. Excellent service. Had something break and he brought me the part and few days later. I absolutely love the furnace itself as well. I was burning $2500 in oil per winter and cut down to around $600-$800 in wood/coal per winter. It has already paid for itself.
