Cole Irvin was extremely professional, polite, kind, and concerned. I felt that he took all the time needed for me to get a good hearing test done, and then fitted for hearing aids. I was very pleased with the courtesy of the receptionist and I know they will take care of me in the future as any needs I have may arise.
