After experiencing nothing but unsatisfactory products and customers serv with beltone and its affiliates, I was very pleased with Jennifer and Anna at the foley al. Office. They not only was understanding, but also sympathetic to my issues. Jen worked hard to get my info. And chase down an available location and audialogist . And Anna explained things amd has sent my junk hearing aid back. With hopes of some type of explanation as to why on my third set in 6 mo. And still not 100%satisfied with the quality and or. Very good exam that was fully explained with options.
Beltone is very professional but the cost of hearing aids are beyond belief. There are several companies that sell similar units for between $100 to $300 versus $8000 for your top unit and that doesn’t even include upgrades. That’s about $222 per month if one amortized it over 3 years, which is the life expectancy of these units. Your top unit does exactly the same thing as some I have seen for $200. So, your units are 40 times more expensive than comparable ones. How can you justify that?
