I was dealt with promptly and courteously. The entry and support staff, as well as technician were professional and thorough. Test results were explained well. Everything points to good future service and a helpful relationship.

After experiencing nothing but unsatisfactory products and customers serv with beltone and its affiliates, I was very pleased with Jennifer and Anna at the foley al. Office. They not only was understanding, but also sympathetic to my issues. Jen worked hard to get my info. And chase down an available location and audialogist . And Anna explained things amd has sent my junk hearing aid back. With hopes of some type of explanation as to why on my third set in 6 mo. And still not 100%satisfied with the quality and or.
