Great customer service by Sam. the product was transformational for me now that I can hear. Took me a while to accept the idea that I need to wear Hearing aids but once I went there I did the testing I ended up purchasing hearing aids and I love them.
Had a minor problem with one hearing aid and they took me in, worked on the one and had it fixed, no charge.
