I've been bringing my disabled aunt to the Bay City location for years. The staff have always been kind and knowledgeable. My aunt's insurance covers exams but not hearing aids themselves. Beltone has been understanding and really put effort into finding a means to make things more affordable. We appreciate their professionalism and their willingness to have dialog with us!

The Bay City office is amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Cathy the receptionist is very friendly and always says hi but the best person there is Melissa. She is amazing, very easy to talk to and knows her business. She better not go anywhere. We still have so much to talk about. Lol Peggy

Bay City wilder Road office is the worst place you could go they are very disrespectful. Disgusting the man who owns it makes very derogatory comments. It’s all recorded on video and it’s been reported to the Attorney General. They are uneducated. They’re only sales people. They don’t care about the client all they care about is that dollar And I made a report with the sheriffs avoid at all cost.
