MY BELL TONE HEARING AIDES My hearing aides required repairs 3 times in a 12 month period. After a malfunction yet again I was told there would be an out of pocket cost around $300.00. I complained to Sandra from the main office . Here resolve was to offer me a 3 year extended warranty. Soo every three month or so you want me to send my $7000.00 hearing aides in for repair. Great service
Nice people but READ before you sign anything. If you don't want it or try to say no after you sign it will cost you over 400$. The "payment plan" is a credit card with insane interest be warned. Reply: I asked repeatedly the cost and the terms of the payment plan. Never got a straight answer. You guys are in the business of making money off and backing people into a corner. I was a customer and I also talked to some others about Beltone as I said before buyer beware.
