The office is in the back of an old building and smells like a cheap motel. When I got there they didn't invite back to an office. They checked my hearing aids and gave them back while I sat in the waiting room. That was all they were going to do until i insisted they do an ajustment. This is not the service I am accustomed to with Beltone.
The staff members were friendly. They answered all our questions. Larry was reassuring and made me feel confident in his knowledge in administering the several hearing tests.
Larry Beck filled in for Jerry today at the Dunn location. I was pleasantly surprised how concerned and caring Larry is. He explained so much and spent alot of time helping me. THIS is the kind of care that is rare these days. Kudos Larry and thank you!!
