They were very prompt and welcoming. The hearing test was painless and enlightening. I recommend that anyone suffering from hearing loss go there.

The service at this office deserves 5 stars, but Beltone’s hearing aids, at least mine, don’t. The office is sending one of my aids in to get it worked on, after sending the other one in a couple of months ago. I do have a loaner pair this time. These are a newer model than mine and a version of higher quality. In the 2-3 hours that I’ve had them, it already appears that they are much better. I am sure that they do that hoping people will upgrade after the loan.
My Beltone people in Dunn are absolutely wonderful! They are always so happy to help!
