I have used Beltone for my grandmother's hearing aids for over two years. The experience had been fine until today. One of her hearing aids broke in May. We went to Beltone and they said they had to send to get fixed and they would call in 10 days. Well, three weeks later I called to see if it had arrived and was told they would call me back.
