My husband had over the ear rechargeable hearing aids with warranty. They constantly were broke and had to send them in several times. We were at the last of our warranty period and had them sent in. The staff even noticed that he hadn't worn them much. He never could as they never really worked. It came back from the repair so the right ear was still not working. I have to say I'm really disappointed after anticipating my husband's new hearing aids. It took 4 weeks for us to receive our hearing aids even though we paid in cash. I actually had to follow up with my health insurance to pay the remaining $49 that beltone didn't pay to get the hearing aids delivered. We were told that the hearing aids would work with beltone's hearing app according to their resources our phone is compatible with the amaze hearing aids.
