Set my dad up for a hearing appointment. Spoke with Sam on the phone before the appointment to ask a few questions and immediately could tell he has been doing this for a while and was very professional. My father got back from the appointment and only had good things to say. Sam set him up with the correct hearing prescription and took the time to go over everything. Would highly recommend.
