I went to Beltone and could barely hear anything at all, even with some over the counter hearing aids. I met Brian and he helped me hear my wife and everyone around me so much better. It's really made a world of difference in my life.
I'm a little biased because I am the Brian people are talking about in the reviews. I think Beltone is definitely tge best place to buy hearing aids. At one point about 5 years ago I walked into the Owosso office to get my hearing tested along with my father, not knowing it would end up being my career. The gentleman there at the time (Aaron) showed me how important hearing is and how impactful treating hearing loss can be in someone's life. My experience has exceeded my expectations. Reception has been helpful and Brian is a good educator in helping me learn about the need for hearing aides, adjusting them to my desired level, and how to use them. The mid grade aides I chose have a natural sound which was not what I expected. On one occasion I took my hearing aids out before heading into a large store during a rain storm to keep them dry.
