I really didn’t expect to get new hearing aids today but Deb, my decades-long hearing specialist programmed the new Envision instruments to my hearing loss, even though these instruments do not deliver the power level I need. She, as well as I, were amazed at the clarity of words and ease of conversation we had. I am so grateful she decided to try them on me! It lifted my mood tremendously.
I am a Beltone customer. We are camping near Lancaster and live 2 hours away and I left my hearing aid charger at home so I found this local store so I went in hopes they had chargers in stock. Well they do not stock any charger for my hearing aids but Tracy went out of her way and called a hearing aid competitor and they had chargers in stock for sale.
