This Belltone dealer is great, she is a very patt lady and walks you through every step. I had a very bad experience at another belltone in berks county and was told the hearing aid would be $10;000 I walked out cause other family members got theirs cheaper. They didn't put me through the testing like Deb did. I will go back to the Lancaster Belltone again.Thank you Debbie
