It was quick and convenient.
My mom went to the Crowchild Clinic for a new hearing aid and had a wonderful experience. Dr. Quinton Wong is very professional and patient with her needs. He reordered an insert when mom said it was a bit stuffy, printed an insurance letter for her, and booked a cleaning and check-up appiontment for six months later. The assistant, Linda, at the front desk, was also very nice and helpful with all the documentations and bookings. My Grandma needed a new hearing aid charger. She couldn’t come in due to mobility issues and I had no clue about hearing aids. I literally walked in and told them what I needed and they did everything else. They even charged and cleaned them without me asking and gave me a temporary one. Every single person that works there is incredibly nice, kind and they communicate with each other. It’s like a well oiled machine at Beltone, very efficient and thorough. Would highly recommend
