Eric Hansce had always been professional & polite. Also very much an educator on hearing loss & ways to help improve communication skills in all kinds of situations. Eric also has the clients best interests at heart,, and he can be very funny.
Very knowledgeable about their products. Always available when needed, and ready to answer questions. Possitive answers and problems were corrected when needed without hesitation.
I was out of town & was able to see Eric to help me with my issues. He was terrific, patient, thorough & I learned some valuable info. Myra who help set up my appointment was wonderful ! Definitely recommend them.
Staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Beltone to anyone.
