Excellent customer service. Rachel was super friendly and very informative.
Facing the fact that you are losing your hearing is bad enough, already being clinically deaf in one ear presents an entirely different situation. Rachel made the prospect of dealing with our issue so much easier by being compassionate and understanding about what we were having to do.
