My experience was excellent and very professional.
Ms./Mrs. Linda is borderline rude. She doesn't listen to you, she had me to take blank trip from Beaumont, TX to Pasadena, TX due to backed up traffic when I was 10 minutes away and told me that I had to reschedule my appointment. I got hearing aids and they were not set to my hearing, they were dangling in my ear and kept coming out. She convinced me to buying the remote but, after I realized that I wouldn't be using the remote due to my line of work and she told me she was giving me a free10 pack of batteries for the accom... read more
