I just can't say enough about my visit at Beltone off Louetta on August 28, 3026 Mrs Bean treated me just like you should welcome anyone too your business. I never been there before it was my first time going to find a hearing aid and I didn't know what do. Ms Bean sit me down and explain to me what my results show on the paper I bought with me from an Audiology I went too, but they never told me what it meant. Mrs. Bean is very caring. She sees u every 3 months and cleans your hearing aids. Makes sure you don’t have any wax in your ears.
Ms. Dolores Bean is a professional and knowledgeable. She cares for her patients and listens to their needs. She did a hearing test to evaluate my hearing level then adjusted my hearing aids by using her system and my phone to make sure I could hear well. I’m so grateful to be her patient; without her, I can not hear the beautiful voices of my children nor music to enrich my life. Victoria at the front desk is also very nice. Saw Deloris today for a routine appointment and hearing exam. She immediately recognized and fixed a problem with my hearing aides. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. I continue to be impressed with Beltone.
