I have had to visit this office twice to assist my grandfather with buying new hearing aid batteries. Both times upon arrival no one was in the office. This morning I made sure to call the office prior to prevent that from happening this time. The person I spoke with told me the lunch time is from 11:45am to 1:00pm. We visited the office just before 11:30 am, and still no one was in office, leaving a sign that said they would return at 12:30pm.
