The folks at Beltone Hearing Care Center were top notch. All I came in contact with were friendly and kind. I was greeted warmly, filled out a health questionnaire and escorted to the exam area for my Hearing test. The instructions were clear on how to respond to the test. The audiologist writes down everything he does but can't remember what he did to stop the whistling. He's upset easily and gives out frustration vibes. The new receptionist is just plain rude, demanding I return with the appointment card to prove I had an appointment that day! I don't want to go there again. However my $3500.00 hearing aid is not working properly. Please help me! All the telephone numbers go to the same office.
I had a problem with one of my Beltone hearing aids. At the appointment my hearing aid was fixed and, after a new hearing test, both hearing aids were recalibrated. The staff was very helpful, and I left well pleased with much better hearing.
They've had my grandmother's hearing aid for 6 months for repair. Repaired a wire for $150 and had a family member pick it up and ship it back to us. Still didn't work. Sent it back again & gave our phone number several times. We live out of area with no beltone store anywhere near us. My grandmother had excellent service with the previous owner of this location. I would never recommend them to anyone.
The service received from Danielle, Scott, and Kurt was amazing. I was anxious and Kurt was so kind that I became calm. Scott was awesome and real with me. And, a real asset to Beltone. And Danielle is excellent at public relations and multitasking. Thank you all so much for a wonderful experience. Feeling Blessed!!
