I was very impressed with my hearing appointment. James was very pleasant and quite knowledgeable with the products. He made my sister and I feel very comfortable answering all of our questions.
As always my experience at Beltone was very good. From my greeting at the office thru my yearly hearing check ( which was the primary reason for my visit ) everything was professionally done !
I got another hearing test today - I thought maybe my hearing was better, but the technician said it was about the same as a couple of years ago. The technician was very good and explained it all very well. I am very pleased with the service that I get at Beltone!
My friend, who doesn't have a cell phone has new hearing aids. She is having trouble inserting them. He was so patient and encouraging with her.
The technician is very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. I like how they get you used to the hearing aids in gradual steps. Excellent service and follow up appointments. Lovely receptionist as well.
