Wonderful experience! Lauren the audiologist truly took the time to go above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and educated about my new hearing aids.
I was very disappointed with Lauren Schnittger, the hearing aid specialist at the Melbourne location. She told my 94 Year, old mother and I that my mother‘s hearing aid receiver was broken and only worked intermittently and my mom would have to buy a brand new pair of hearing aids. She said she could not fix that. We did not buy hearing aids that day because I went to my hearing aid specialist at Hear Usa a planning to transfer my old hearing aids to my mother for the time being.
