From day one the hearing aides were not comfortable and did not improve my hearing as I expected and was advised they would. I was told I had 30days to return them if not satisfied but would be charged $200.00 if I did so. I returned them today after much thought and was charged $500.00. In very small print I was shown that they had the option to charge me another 5%. I feel they totally took advantage of a situation and basically ripped me off.
