Jordan is so knowledgeable and I learn each time I go something I didn't know about my hearing aids. Renee is most helpful when it comes to understanding what is happening. Both are delightful, and Beltone should be very pleased to have such good employees.

I have had right side hearing loss for over 20 years. I went to my appointment with no expectations of an aid helping. Jordan did my hearing test and fitted me with the display testing aids. For the first time in my life since hearing loss I COULD hear. I was so emotional that I cried. Jordan waited out my emotions and we proceeded. I had been told for a long time by family and friends I needed hearing aids so I took up the offer to try AI hearing aids from Beltone. It was the best decision I ever made. I have been to both the Winter Springs AND the Winter Park locations (same people) and the service has been great. I love my tech Jordan M. who also suffers from hearing loss.
