My husband and I had an appointment with Bobby Jo, the hearing technician at Beltone in Harrison. Over the years we have encountered many technicians, and without a doubt she is the best! Her knowledge and masterful skill in identifying and programing the hearing aid resulted in the best solution ever provided. Thank you so much for my hearing aids. After many years I can now hear the birds singing to me , my cat purring, telephone when it rings and even hear them speak to me. My husband thanks you as well as I can hear him as well. The people are helpful and friendly. I as so sorry I waited as long as I did.

I have had my hearing aids for not quite a year. I've had to return them 3 times. Now, they won't work again. I've bought the most expensive of the hearing aids -and they work well when they work - but mostly, either the hearing aids or the charger doesn't work at all,. Frankly, I'm pissed!! Igive them NO stars. The one appearing won't disappear!!
