This place is great. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. They have taken extra time to answer all of my questions (even the ones that are stupid). They are knowledgeable and willing to admit what they do not know of the top of their head (then they get the information for you) I highly recommend them for anyone who needs (or thinks they may need) hearing aids.
Very pleasant experience. Didn't realize I couldn't hear! My family finally convinced me to go in. Dr Shank did a great job of explaining the tests and results. Very thorough and caring. I would recommend Beltone Hearing Care Center to everyone. Don't wait to get checked. The hearing loss was so gradual for me that I didn't realize I even needed help. I could hear sound but conversations weren't always clear. Fortunately, my family got tired of repeating themselves and urged me to get checked.

The appointment was held on time and in a safe manor. Masks were worn and only one person allowed in at a time.
