So far I have had an awesome experience. Being able to hear the birds outside and experience new sounds that I have not heard in a while. They have great follow up care my hearing instrument specialist (Ashley Johnson) is very knowledgeable along with her girl Friday (Receptionist) helping schedule my follow up vists. If I could rate them @ a 20 I would.
Marla and Ashley are the best people to work with if you feel you have even a slight problem hearing come in here. Very friendly very nice comfortable I like this place a lot. You can’t tell there in your ears.
I have nothing but GOOD to say about Beltone and this location. Office is clean, and even offers drinks and snacks. Staff is courteous. I had a coupon for a free hearing test. I wasn't having problems, but a family member suggested I should go and have my hearing tested; so I did. After full testing, it proved that I did NOT need hearing aids at this time. The ladies in the Sevierville office were very nice, and the audiologist Ashley Johnson provided a very comprehensive hearing evaluation.
I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile by Marla, the young lady at the front desk. Ashley who did my hearing test was very knowledgeable and explained the hearing evaluation step by step and afterwards explained the results. Great team and welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
