Cleaned my aids without an appointment and looked a one of aids doors that has trouble staying closed. Wearing out was diagnosed for the door. Appreciate them!!
First visit to new Beltone office in Spokane Washington. They were very friendly, helpful & willing to do what was necessary to take care of my needs.
Sorry to take so long to respond. I was VERY Disappointed. Enjoyed meeting Crystal, but the man hurt my left ear when he put in your hearing aids. Told me I had crooked ear canals so it must’ve been my fault. I ended up with a bloody ear and had to call the ear doctor. I feel he was more interested in sales than inpatient care. I also do not respond well to “buy now”. My insurance does not consider you a preferred provider. I can get something much less expensive using my insurance.
