As always the staff is so welcoming. Was there today, APRIL6.......had some serious problems and she solved every one of them. I am so grateful.

Don't know yet. None of the promo advertised benefits for having an appointment and tests were ever mentioned. The add didn't say you have to purchase to be rewarded for having a trial. However the staff are all kind and friendly, answer questions and are very pleasant to work with. I had to ask twice for a copy of my hearing evaluation to compare with the 1 from a year ago.
