Making an appointment was very easy. The person helping us was very efficient, personable, and nice. The hearing exam was very pleasant. Everything was explained very well, and I was very well prepared for what was coming up in the exam booth. The exam took about an hour, and my hearing aid options were explained very clearly. This was a nice experience.
