Glen is so helpful and knowledgeable about all things relating to hearing aids. I trust him completely. He always answers all of my questions and he wants me to be comfortable with where I am in the process of using my hearing aids.

Rachel, front desk and administration is so kind with her reminder calls and greeting. Highly recommend. Mainland company with experienced locals working there - appreciate that very much.
