I was taken good care of and my hearing aids are working much better.
Went in for a quick check of one of my hearing aids. As usual — they were able to see me immediately and there was no wait in the office. They fixed my issue right away for no charge. I have had hearing aids from Beltone in both ears since 2020 and have always received excellent service and have NEVER EVER had to pay for anything! Their hearing aids are very expensive and after they got their money they forgot all about me and never serviced them and I took them back and she wouldn’t take them ! I’ve been totally scammed by this business in Richmond, Ky. Do not recommend this business at all! Won’t adjust the aids or release them so I can adjust them myself!! I feel totally ripped off and myself and my husband get social security and that’s not much to live on. Places like this should be held accountable for ripping off people!!
