Fantastic
Bob and Jenia are very friendly and helpful and also very professional and knowledgeable about their products and are capable of fixing every problem I’ve ever had with my hearing aids. I have followed them through two moves inside the company. I now travel about an hour through Indianapolis traffic whenever I need to upgrade my hearing aids or when I have a problem that needs fixing. My wife and I have been customers for many, many years.
The receptionist was very kind - showed concern for my specific situation.
