Poor. I felt that I was a victim of a high pressure sales pitch. The exam was ok.
Everyone was very nice and professional. They answered all my questions. I’m glad to hear that you found someone to come to Laramie Wy to take care of all the people here because I don’t drive out of Laramie. My greatest concern is if you close this office I won’t have anyone to help me if my aids stop working.
