My experience was great. Beltone's hearing aids are superior to all others and their service is intuitive, thoughtful and considerate.
I received a mailing about the 5 day only Special Invitation. I called the 888 number to ask to be removed from their mailing list to save them money and save me from (not necessarily) junk mail. The person who picked up was pleasant. But I don't know if I will be removed from future mailings. The call ended abruptly soon after. Fingers crossed.
