I received a mailing about the 5 day only Special Invitation. I called the 888 number to ask to be removed from their mailing list to save them money and save me from (not necessarily) junk mail. The person who picked up was pleasant. But I don't know if I will be removed from future mailings. The call ended abruptly soon after. Fingers crossed. Very professional and comprehensive hearing assessment. I was impressed with Miguel's knowledge of the ear and how he differentiated between amplified hearing aids and the Beltone hearing aids which actually are engineered taking into account the way the brain interprets sounds we hear. I was impressed and highly recommend them.

At every visit, we have never had a problem and my mom was treated with professionalism, patience and dignity. Anytime she had a issue, they did their very best to get us in right away. We love this business and Miguel especially. This is my mom's fourth hearing aid in her lifetime And This is the first time we've tried this company And mom says it is the best she has ever had.
