As usual everyone there were friendly and knowledgeable. I recently purchased a newer cellphone but it doesn't link up to the hearing aids. So therefore I have 7 thousand dollar earings. Fortunately I have a spare set of hearing aids I have for a backup that insurance covered 100%. I assume that since I don't have a(pinkies up) I phone I'm not too high up on their priority list.
