Courteous staff with latest technology in hearing test and aids. Plus a cleaning every 3 months! Free!
I am not a customer but she helped me with my 96 yo mom’s hearing aid that has been a problem now for almost two years. Randy is a warrior and my hero. All I want is my mom to have the best of everything for the rest of her life. Randy helps and didn’t have to. I’m forever in her debt. My mom’s belton office couldn’t fix the issues. Kudos Randy!
Went in for a replacement tube for my ear piece, no waiting it took maybe 10 minutes.
My favorite place to get hearing aids
Not at all satisfied with the experience at this business! Their Hearing aids are very expensive and I’ve had them for one year and in that time I have not been able to wear them because I can’t hear with them and the person refused to turn them up and won’t let go of control so I can adjust them myself! Even tho I’m still paying for the hearing aids!! Don’t recommend this business at all!! Haven’t had them serviced since I’ve had them ! They took the money and are not interested in helping correct the problem!!
