The first problem with this place is they do not answer their phone we have a close friend who got her hearing aids there and got them for 1700 and so my husband tried to follow suit to get hearing aids which he needs. He called the fallston Branch seven times, left messages and never got a return phone call. He went down there on a Wednesday at 2:30 the place was locked up and a sign was on the door open from 10 to 3:00 We ended up going to the Shrewsbury branch. This place was amazing and Jill was so nice to me. She really knows what she is doing and was very professional! 10 out of 10!!
