As always, they're prepared for my appointment and everything needed to be used is all laid out waiting.
Chris was very detailed and thorough with my exam. He carefully explained every aspect of the tests involved and made sure I understood. My results were immediate and he explained all the results and their relativity to my hearing. Options were presented and I highly recommend his office.
