The staff was nice and helpful. The hearing device works great for my mom!
Hate to say it but please clean your lobby. It’s dirty and outdated. The staff was nice and helpful. Hopefully the device will work well. We shall see.
Leslie is great at explaining everything about hearing aids. She makes things easy to understand. I'm so happy with my hearing aids. They fit great and I can hardly tell I'm wearing them. Thank you Leslie!
So far the customer service has been extremely poor. I would not recommend this franchise to anyone.
