I was skeptical at first, but felt comfortable with Michael Murphy. I especially like the continued care And availability for questions/help. there is definitely a learning curve, but my hearing aids are comfortable and I am getting used to them.
Michael and Virginia we’re very personable and gave a very detailed information about Beltone. I enjoyed the experience. I would recommend that anybody who is concerned about their hearing to go to Beltone
My wife, Sonia, receives hearing aid services from Mike with Belltone in Lenoir City/west Knoxville. He does a fabulous job and responds quickly when we call. He is always successful in restoring her hearing abilities and he goes the extra mile to give us training so we can do more ourselves to minimize the number of trips Mike must make to restore her hearing abilities.
Staff is friendly, kind, knowledgeable, caring and efficient.
I appreciate the continuing follow up service provided by Beltone.
