Outstanding experience --- quality service, well informed, excellent communication, and customer-centered.

Overall I’m happy with the staff but not with Beltone. My hearing aids are 3 years old. I’ve had issues with my left heating aid. The first repair was about 100.00 out of pocket. Now it’s not working again and like the last time it’s out of warranty. It’ll cost almost 400.09 to repair it. Look, I’m on a fixed income and they were really expensive and I’m still paying on them. I couldn’t afford the extended warranty. Come on Beltone. Stop taking advantage of seniors. You could do better!
