Nick addressed my questions with complete explanations, checking for understanding as we progressed. My transition to hearing aids has been most satisfactory, thanks to the kind, professional care I receive.

Nick was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to what I had to say and was very pleasant. It would have been nice to know that Bernie Torri had retired. I knew. He was thinking of part time but was very surprised to know he is fully retired. Had been going to him for years so it would have been nice to say “good bye”. I know nick had nothing to do with but just saying….

I felt like my concerns were handled with courtesy & sensitivity. The professionalism helped me gain confidence in this process. My sudden increase in hearing loss over the past few months was very unnerving & has caused a lot of anxiety. I’m looking forward to positive improvements in my communication.
