Very thankful they were able to get me in for a last minute fix. Provided a loaner hearing aid while fixing mine.
We really appreciate all the extra help that Anne and JoBeth at Beltone have given to my mom, whose hearing has been declining. They work beautifully as a team and have gone above and beyond to help her adjust to new technology and additional listening devices for the TV. This is making a huge difference, as my mom was starting to isolate herself because she couldn't hear. We truly appreciate them not giving up on her.
