I was actually at Bob Evans picking up supper, then to the Bank for paperwork.no longer need beltone,,I go to the e.n.t. now

From the time I walked in the door I was greeted by a welcoming front desk. Paperwork instructions were clear and easy to complete. The professional staff were very helpful in administering the exam & explaining the results. Finally the hearing aide technician was very thorough in explaining my options and answering my questions! I purchased the devices. Thank you for a great session!
Sarah and Ann were very helpful and courteous at my last appointment on Tuesday, May 6th, at their Wooster, Ohio care center. Ann tested my hearing and showed me how to properly maintain my hearing aids. I hadn't been cleaning them and replacing the filters properly and this has made a world of difference! Sarah is always so pleasant to talk with and helpful too. Thank you both!
