My husband and I had our first hearing test at the Sterling office and we were very impressed with the overall experience. Bruce Allen was cordial and professional explaining how the test would be conducted and the rating system he would use. Our ears were first checked for any blockage issues and then the test! We were pleasantly surprised that although we had some difficulty with certain sounds we do not presently need any aids. We will definitely return in a year! Thank you
