Jeremy Hamman solved a very important issue I had with my new AI hearing aides I had purchased at Beltone in Fl last April. Every time I answered my cell the voice was all garbled and I could not use that very important feature. When I had my 1st appt with Jeremy he was INCREDIBLE and explained how these hearing aides work in relation to AI, changed my ear buds so that I hear much better, and most importantly adjusted some important settings on my iPhone so now when I answer my cell the conversation is crystal clear!
