Janet, at Beltone, was extremely professional and courteous and attentive to detail. She was very thorough in the examination and diagnosis of my hearing issues. I highly recommend Beltone For hearing issues and hearing aids if needed
Janet is a liar. Last year November 2024 she confirmed that Medical finally approved my hearing aids and she finally got my doctor's fax paper. I went in to choose the color and she said I just have to wait a few months. She would call me once it got to her and I can go pick it up. I keep calling her and leaving voicemails about changing the tube on my hearing aids and updates. She never returned my calls until this month June only to tell me she still need the doctor to fax over a paper. Are you serious? You waited this lon... read more
