I am so impressed! The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Caroline Pirtle is very knowledgeable and happy to share her knowledge. She informed me that my insurance covered the entire cost of hearing aids, which was a huge relief for me! Caroline welcomes questions and is always ready to help. Besides being able to hear MUCH better, I feel like I made New friends at this office. I HIGHLY recommend it!
What a blessing this office was! From the front desk to Caroline Pirtle I was so impressed with their compassion and knowledge. They are amazing and I would recommend to anyone! So Professional and sweet... a joy to visit that office!
