I recently experienced a significant hearing loss event and called this office where i have been a patient for a number of years. Gloria was able to have me come in immediately, was exceptionally helpful, adjusted my current hearing aids and provided me with information about an upgrade device. The services of both John and Gloria are always outstanding.

Had an appointment scheduled at 1:30pm CT today December 3, 2024. The doors were locked with the closed sign on the door. We called at 1:40PM CT only to get the answering machine. I left a message to find out if our appointment was still happening. Received a return call at 2:33pm CT from John who left a message indicating he would be there til 4:30 and that they were not fully staffed because of vacations until Thursday.
