Bert was great. Very patient and informative. He made adjustments to my hearing aids that I'm hoping will help me in certain settings. Very professional .
Dr. Balanos was superb. His medical staff Shane, Sarai and Naomi were awesome. I am so pleased with product and services. Though I encountered personal financial challenges to secure product ownership, they presented several alternatives to explore for solution.
