I was invited by Beltone to get my hearing checked for free even though I don’t think I have a hearing problem. Mr. Bolaños and his staff were very polite and businesslike. The office is very clean and nice. First thing he did was to examine my ear. I was able to see inside my ear also on his computer. Unfortunately I didn’t get the hearing test because there was a wad on cotton from a q-tip in one ear. However, I’m fortunate that he found that wad of cotton before it caused further problems. Bert was great. Very patient and informative. He made adjustments to my hearing aids that I'm hoping will help me in certain settings. Very professional .
