Very friendly and a great hearing test, very accurate as well. However, price of their hearing aids is $5600 (that is not their top of line either. They state the battery needs to be replaced 3 to 5 years, and they also stated most people after the battery dies, usually buy a new hearing aids, so basically the hearing aids will cost you about $1200 or more a year. Also their hearing aid at discounted price of $5600 is not a small and invisible, rather it is a fairly large unit that main device hides behind your ears.
