Admitting you have a hearing loss is the first step. I went to more than one establishment to be tested, but at Beltone, it was different. They insisted that my husband come with me. So with him by my side we arrived with hesitation, only to be warmly greeted. When we went back to the office she conducted all the usual tests, with the exception of incorporating my husband. Very friendly and helpful. Cleaning regularly keeps us in good shape. They always listen to concerns and schedule tuning as needed. We refer people often!
My hearing aids were cleaned well and quickly.
The receptionist was so nice and accommodating, I felt right at home. Then I met the guy doing the tests and he was friendly and answered all my questions. Reassuring me at all times about if/when I need hearing aids. Great place, everyone should stop in. You're hearing is important.
