Very helpful. Im able to hear again. I appreciate getting in so quickly. Staff are knowledgeable and easy to talk too
I was very pleased with my experience. I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and made I only waited a few minutes and Brian took me back to his office. He requested my hearing aides and asked if I had any concerns with them? He cleaned them while listening to my thoughts and concerns. Brian is new but I have been working with this office for nearly 5 years. I’ve always had professional and friendly service. Hearing test was conducted and hearing aids were adjusted accordingly. my open domes were replaced with power (closed) domes. However after wearing the hearing aids for a day, the hearing in my better ear was not acceptable with the power dome. . I changed to an intermediate dome which is much better. So, I may need to return for additional tuning.
